Megha Aggarwal, Founder & CEO
Megha is a skill development specialist and has been associated with several international and domestic organizations like the University of Pennsylvania, Asian Development Bank, the Planning Commission, the Azim Premji Foundation and the Wadhwani Foundation. An ex-investment banker who worked in London and New York for several years, she was a Chevening Scholar at the London School of Economics and is an alumnus of the University of Oxford and St Stephen's College.

Ankit Durga, Co-founder & COO
Ankit is the driving force behind the innovative strategy building and technology-based approach employed at Leap. Ankit is an alumnus of Harvard’s Executive Program for Strategic Nonprofit Management. He is an INK Fellow and has been a youth representative for Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Program—a youth recognition program for students from across the world. Before co-founding Ankit worked in various managerial roles across both — corporates and start-ups. Following his graduation from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, DU, Ankit worked at Ernst and Young as a risk analyst. He then joined the start-up sector and worked at successful companies such as Zomato and Happily Unmarried, acquiring significant insights into start-up work culture.
