Leap Skills is looking for a data-driven, impact-oriented individual who will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing including SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing and marketing automation. Strong communication skills, an overarching interest pop-culture, politics, media, and witty content is a plus, and an eye for superior design aesthetic is a big plus.

Search Engine Marketing

  • Creating strategies with prominent search engines, primarily Google search

  • Research, test, refine new keywords and keyword lists

  • Deploy and manage multiple Pay-per-Click (Google Search/Display) & retargeting campaigns

       simultaneously and at scale

  • Analyze click-through data and present reports weekly

Website Optimisation

  • Optimize the website for SEO to increase incoming traffic

  • Develop and implement link building strategy

  • Keyword research, SEO copywriting

  • Liaise across verticals to understand marketing requirements for various departments, and

  • translate those into actionable marketing tasks and goals

  • Website analytics and weekly report generation

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage the company’s social media channels and paid campaigns to generate leads and to sustain engagement among the audience

  • Research and analyze social media trends including web visitor data, paid campaign performance to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy

  • Work with various departments to promote the overall brand through social media channels

  • Grow social media followers through organic and paid campaigns

Required skills:

  • Strong Marketing Communication skills: Ability to understand marketing strategies and provide
    creative briefing to external agencies as well as internal content creation teams

  • In-depth knowledge of keyword research, ranking factors, and search engine algorithms

  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (eg: Google Analytics, Moz, Hubspot)

  • Excellent understanding of marketing automation technologies

  • Proactive, ability to work independently and aptitude for tough sell environment pressure

  • Attention to detail
